Birgit was born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia, where she established her own beauty salon and worked as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry. Seeking new opportunities and challenges, she decided to move to Gran Canaria where she discovered her passion for real estate investments and marketing.
Over the past 13 years, Birgit has become a well-known figure in the Gran Canaria real estate market, with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and interior design. Her keen eye for aesthetics and her passion for helping people find their dream homes or investment properties have made her a valuable asset to our team.
Birgit is a creative and active person who enjoys sports, music, and art. She loves to take care of people and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients are satisfied with their investment decisions. Stefan Johannesen – Real Estate Agent
Stefan’s passion for real estate and dedication to customer service led him to become a successful agent in Gran Canaria. He enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
Prior to his career in real estate, Stefan worked in a law office and honed his skills in customer management. His attention to detail and strong communication skills have served him well in his current role.
When he’s not working, Stefan enjoys playing guitar and singing, often performing at local events. He also loves to explore the natural beauty of Gran Canaria, taking long walks and hikes to appreciate the island’s stunning landscapes. Stefan is an optimistic and outgoing person, always eager to meet new people and share his knowledge and passion for the island and its real estate market.

Claudia Cazorla – Trainee
We are excited to welcome Claudia to our team as our newest Trainee. Claudia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company, having recently graduated as a Senior Technician in Finance and Administration. In addition, Claudia has achieved the higher title of Technician in Accommodation, demonstrating her dedication to her studies and commitment to professional development.
We are confident that Claudia will excel in her role as a Trainee and contribute to the success of our company. Her expertise in finance and administration will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our operations. Moreover, her knowledge in accommodation will provide an additional layer of understanding as we work with clients and partners in the travel industry.
